4021 Motor test timed out (_ecAUTOTUNE_TEST_TIMEOUT)
4021電機測試超時(_EcAUTOTUNE_TEST_TIMOUT)
During the Measure the voltage constant and Measure the motor inertia tests, current is applied to the motor to accelerate themotor and load.Error 4021 indicates that the rotor did not reach a sulficient speed, or travel a suficient distance , within theduration of the test.Error 4021 can occu if the torque (or force) generated by the motor is insuficient to overcome friction in theload.Click Options... in the Autotune tool and then select the Limits tab. Increase the value in the Max Torque box to allow themotor to generate sufficient torque to overcome friction.
在測量電壓常數(shù)和測量電機慣性試驗過程中，電流被施加到電機上以加速電機和負載。Error 4021表示轉子在試驗期間內(nèi)沒有達到附加速度，或者沒有達到適當?shù)木嚯x。在“自動圖騰”工具中，然后選擇“限制”選項卡。增加最大扭矩箱中的值，以使馬達產(chǎn)生足夠的扭矩以克服摩擦。
lf the Measure the motor inertia test continues to fail then the subsequent Calculate the speed and position gains test will alsofail, as it requires values for load inertia and damping . lt may be necessary to manually tune the system using the Fine-tuningtool's Speed / velocity and Position tabs.
如果電機慣性測試繼續(xù)失敗，那么隨后的速度和位置增益測試就會失效，因為它需要負載慣性和阻尼值。這可能是必要的手動調(diào)整系統(tǒng)使用細調(diào)工具的速度/速度和位置標簽。
